 You can hear the girly-man crying come through loud and clear from Mr. Kirkpatrick as he writes his biased article.  Not one mention that the PACT ACT would have affected other mail order tobacco businesses.  He only mentions the old cliché of fat cat cigar smokers getting an exemption.  Maybe he should take a look at our airman and soldiers who rely on mail order for cigars and other tobacco when deployed over seas.  I say good for the Seneca Indians...keep on fighting.
